No! There’s no risk to run our program: no up-front costs, no minimums and all materials are free of charge.
Every Century Resources product is backed with our Quality Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with a Century product — for whatever the reason — your money will be refunded. Simply call the toll-free number 1-800-444-7977, which is printed on every Century product. The group will keep their funds raised and the student will still get credit for the sale.
The program runs best over two weekends. This gives students and parents enough time to contact their friends, neighbors and family, and it’s short enough that everyone stays motivated.
Once we receive your order, you’ll receive the products in about three weeks.
We’ve developed our fundraising program to be fun for students. When you begin the program, our Kickoff Presentation gets everyone excited and ready to go. You can keep that motivation high by continuing to talk to your students about why you’re fundraising and the awesome awards that they can earn.
Yes! Our online store is perfect for out-of-town family and friends. They simply need to go to our online store and they can shop all of our online products. Their order will ship directly to them, you’ll get a check for the profit, and the student will get credit for the sale!

The group leader can view on the group’s personalized website one business day after the order was placed or they can contact us.
Online orders are processed separately from the actual orders that the group running the fundraiser gathers. Since we do not always receive all online orders before the final group order is shipped to the group, we must ship all online orders separately via FedEx. The group you identified will still receive credit for the sale, however, shipping must be paid since you are not ordering directly through the group.
The group leader and sales representative decide whether online orders will count toward awards. Every group varies. Please contact the group leader for more information about a particular group’s awards program.
All online orders must be paid for with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. If you prefer to pay by check, please call our toll-free number 1-800-444-7977 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be delivered after it has been processed. Chocolate and Cookie Dough orders will only be available between October and April, as weather permits.
